We are seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist for a fun and professional Investments Company. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well independently, takes initiative, and functions in a team environment handling a wide variety of responsibilities. This position reports to the Sr. Executive Assistant.
Your day as a receptionist would consist of:
– Greeting all clients and visitors that come into the building
– Answering all internal and external calls which come in through to reception
– Respond to all email enquires coming into the inbox
– Provide refreshments to anyone who is waiting in the reception area
– Ensuring all meeting rooms are allocated correctly and there are no clashes
– Ad-hoc administration duties when needed
Desired skills:
– Previous experience in an office-based environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Willing to be flexible with working hours
– A proactive approach to workload
– Ability to handle all takes efficiently
