Do you have strong data entry and customer service skills? Are you local to St. Petersburg, FL and looking for a remote position? LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for candidates to train in St. Petersburg, then work remotely for this possible temp to hire position. Experience within the banking industry is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Entering new accounts and contributions into a proprietary database (data entry)

• Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills

• Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals

• Assist with various projects as assigned by manager

• There will be phone work involved

• Assisting in collecting information to approve charities

Skills/Responsibilities:

• Must have strong data entry skills –

• Experience with phones / call center

• At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment

• Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus

• High attention to detail

• Customer service oriented

• Team player – willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn’t fall within their job description)

• Ability to Multi-task

Employment type: Temporary- Temp to hire, 40 hours a week. Training onsite in St. Petersburg then work remotely.
