Greenhouse Implementer, REMOTE

LHH is partnering with a growing tech company that focuses on improving well-being that is located near Menlo Park, CA to help them find their next Greenhouse Implementer. This is a FULLY REMOTE, contract up to 6 months, full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $65/hr depending on experience. The ideal candidate has experience with implementing Greenhouse as an ATS system, high attention to detail, and highly adaptable to changing priorities. Responsibilities:

• Implementing Greenhouse as an ATS system from inception all the way through completion

• Integrating Greenhouse with other platforms such as Salesforce and Greenhouse email

• Creating templates in Greenhouse, reviewing processes, and adjusting as needed to ensure efficient work flows

• Managing different levels of user access to Greenhouse

• Providing training and serving as the first point of contact for all employee inquiries about Greenhouse

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with implementing Greenhouse from inception to completion is REQUIRED

• Highschool diploma (college degree preferred)

• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills – verbal and written

• Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust to changing priorities

Employment Type: Fully REMOTE, Contract up to 6 months, Full Time (Mon – Fri. 8-5pm PST)

Compensation: Up to $65/hr depending on experience
