Human Resource Assistant

LHH is seeking to hire Human Resource Assistant at an acknowledged data storage services provider company located in Minneapolis, MN. This contract position is a perfect opportunity to apply your knowledge and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with question about onboarding and ensuring completion of onboarding tasks

• Serve as onsite orientation coordinator (greeting new employees and directing them to the designated rooms)

• Provide human resources support to HR Central (customers include company employees, vendors, and other third parties located in the Americas)

• Assist with transactions in SAP

Experience:

• Any experience working in Human Resources

• Any experience with the completion of onboarding tasks

Qualifications:

• Willing to work flexible shifts and work at different locations as needed

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP)

• Customer service experience

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Hours:

• Contract 1 year

• Compensation: $24

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
