Order Entry Representative

Our great client is looking to add an Order Entry Representative to their team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get established within an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in regards to their order information, pricing, shipping, etc.
• Enter and process work orders in internal systems, ensure any and all issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Communicate with internal departments to gather information on specific customer orders
• Handle any invoice discrepancies, order cancellation, return, exchanges, etc. in a timely manner
• Providing order documentation to customers such as the PO, Invoice, BOL, Customs Paperwork, Certificates of Authenticity, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of previous Order Entry/Order Processing or Account Management experience
• Previous experience using Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks as needed
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Job Details

• Contract to Hire
• Monday-Friday 8-5pm with flexibility
• $18-$24 an hour depending on experience
• 100% onsite
