Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with a minimum of 1 years experience for a full-time position located in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent contract-to-hire position that offers the opportunity to join a passionate company and growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and employees in a friendly and professional manner

• Escort clients and guests to appropriate meeting areas

• Assist any department in the Firm needing assistance

• Answer and transfer phone calls, deliver voicemails

• Maintain workplace security through building portal and company badge protocols

• Maintain an organized and clean desk and community area

• Facilitate firmwide support for special occasion gifts; this may include processing check requests

• Point of contact for supplies and equipment distribution across the firm

• Provide information regarding office/department policies or procedures

• Organize, establish, and maintain record-keeping systems for correspondence and orders

• Send, receive, sort and distribute packages

• May assist with weekly expense reports for various individuals

• Assist with office events

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor/Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent field preferred

• Understanding of general administrative services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Team

• Deltek Vision, Newforma software knowledge preferred

• Always presents oneself professionally in person or over the phone

• Able to lift up to 20 pounds

Skills:

• Proactive, self-starter that has the ability to remain flexible to changing priorities

• Extremely detail-oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to contribute positively as part as a team

• Superior customer service skills

Experience:

• 1-3 year’s experience supporting Architectural/Engineering/Design firm preferred

Employment Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire

Compensation: Starting at $23 an hour

Work Hours: 7:30AM to 4:30PM or 8:00AM to 5:00PM, 40 hours per week
