Virtual Event Coordinator

LHH is seeking a talented and tenured Event Coordinator to host virtual events. This is a fully remote and contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of events experience focusing in on the virtual arena. This position is working for a large immigration law firm on the East Coast and will offer an opportunity to grow in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate both internal and external virtual events from start to finish

• Oversee guest attendance

• Oversee event logistics

• Send invites for virtual event

• Create and send marketing communication for event

• Prepare promotional items for events

• Put together visuals for events

• Organizing speaker material for events as needed

• Coordination of all equipment to host event as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of previous virtual event coordination experience required

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs

• Experience with CVENT

• Experience with ON24

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Driven, self-motivated, and hard working
