Liberty Financial New Zealand Looking for Senior Manager at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are seeking a proven and experienced senior Leader to join our dynamic Auckland office. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth and performance across our Mike Pero Mortgages business. You will have the opportunity to enhance and leverage the business’ special distribution, product, operational and financial assets.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Driving direction and sales results of the Mike Pero Mortgages sales team while identifying, building and maintaining cross-portfolio relationships.
• In conjunction with the CEO prepare an annual strategy and business plan. Monitor progress against these plans ensuring that Mike Pero Mortgages attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Ensuring effective allocation of resources, costs and sales focus for all initiatives and sales strategies.
• Direct and oversee effective negotiations and ongoing relationships in relation to strategic Mike Pero Mortgages distribution partnerships and alliances.
• Ensure operational efficiency within the business maintaining quality of franchise service delivery to the network.
