Effective planning, reporting, coordination, communication, and implementation of all workflow and projects. First line of support for all Homes passed related problems. Liaison between Engineering and all departments within the organization for home passed related issues and questions. Coordinates and audits all daily billing reports for the addition, change and deletion of homes passed data.
Run Macro’s, and queries to update the homes passed files along with any required reporting needs. Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. Other functions may be assigned.
