Liberty Mutual Insurance Hiring for Associate Quality Review Tech at Remote Full Time

Under direct supervision, the Associate Quality Review Tech conducts call listening quality audits and administers quality programs consistent with internal customers’ objectives. This individual will strive to create a consistent QA approach for GRM by identifying trends, variances, and anomalies and supports the team in the fundamental analysis of this data.

Responsibilities:

• Acquires and uses basic insurance knowledge to perform routine call listen quality audits consistent with department metrics. Utilizes appropriate resources to obtain, analyze, and verify audit information for completion and notes any discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• With direction from the manager, identify trends, variances, and anomalies via audits. Communicates findings to the customer, stakeholder, or manager as appropriate.
• Researches and addresses questions and disputes from internal customers promptly and professionally.
• Attends and participates in training to gain basic knowledge of QA programs, as assigned.
• Reviews and updates various resource sites as directed.
• Assists in preparing training materials and logistics and supports training initiatives.
• Actively participates in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities to determine the root cause; identity, test, and implement solutions; fully engage in daily huddles; follow appropriate procedures and continuous process improvement standard work principles; and utilize continuous improvement tools to support the work of the team.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of basic MS Office (minimally Excel) functionality required.
• Knowledge of personal and business lines products and insurance rating experience preferred.
• Calabrio application experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, communication skills required, and the ability to identify issues required.
