You have excellent communication skills, comfort with working with anyone to get the job done well, and ability to deliver a professional approach while working with a diverse bunch of people and circumstances.

You’ll enjoy working with our experienced and dedicated team of Product Specialists – team players keen to share and gain knowledge and who work collaboratively together and are adaptable to meet the needs of this fast-paced and busy environment.

Demonstrable knowledge of LIC, MINDA, and farming practices is advantageous! Some travel will be required with this role.

About the Role

We’re proud of our MINDA herd recording and other products, and the value they provide to NZ’s dairy farmers to manage their farms and solve real on-farm problems. We know you will be too.

You’ll want to be recognised as an expert in our herd management products (especially MINDA) – not just how the software works and the data fits together, but the reason the farmer needs the information and how it is used on farm.

You’ll care deeply about the farmer’s experience using the products. You’ll champion this to ensure effective launch of the products and enhancements to farmers, and in ongoing training and to teams within LIC and direct with farmers. You’ll also be comfortable leading research sessions and championing the voice of the farmer into discussions about potential new products and enhancements.
