Life Plus is a leading New Zealand healthcare provider and as such we pride ourselves on delivering the best support to clients and staff alike.

As we operate a 24/7 service, we are seeking 2 full time (40 hours) Home Care Coordinators to be a part of our supportive and hardworking team based at our Eden Terrace office.

About The Role

As one of our Healthcare Coordinator’s your role is essential to ensure we maintain a high level of care to our fabulous clients and support our fantastic staff. You will liaise with our clients and staff to ensure that all shifts are filled accurately and on time and deal with any queries with the support of an Home Care Manager. The role is based in our Auckland office in Eden Terrace and the shifts are on a rotating roster, meaning that you will need to be flexible with your availabilty, including public holidays.

You will also have;

• Scheduling/rostering experience
• Healthcare industry knowledge ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to multitask efficiently
• The ability to work autonomously and self-manage
• Great problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills
• Available for night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
