JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, assists customers with inquiries regarding accounts, billing, insurance information, budget plans, and reimbursements.
Resolves these concerns in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the LifeBridge Health Contact Center and Practice Dynamics, Inc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills. Degree or HS Diploma not required.
