JOB SUMMARY:

  • Under general supervision, assists customers with inquiries regarding accounts, billing, insurance information, budget plans, and reimbursements.

  • Resolves these concerns in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the LifeBridge Health Contact Center and Practice Dynamics, Inc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills. Degree or HS Diploma not required.

  • One year of experience with medical billing and insurances.
