Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for auditing customer service work (telephone calls, e-mails and letters as requested) in designated service departments. The auditor is also responsible for sharing audit results with management and the Corporate Trainer, and working collaboratively with management to develop appropriate customer service standards and coaching materials.
Job Duties
1. Audits recorded telephone calls and emails and letters as requested, for designated service departments for various dimensions of customer service (accuracy, tone, demeanor, attentiveness, time service, etc.).
2. Prepares customer service audit reports that provide detailed breakdowns of the customer service audit results.
3. Confers with departmental management regarding customer service audit results.
4. Delivers presentations to departmental and senior management regarding customer service audit results.
5. Recommends appropriate customer service standards to management.
6. Upholds performance standards
ï‚· Performs all job duties in accordance with deadlines established by management
ï‚· Provide detailed reports in accordance with established time frames.
ï‚· Provide informal feedback to management as needed.
ï‚· Performs all job duties in accordance with departmental standards for accuracy, quality and productivity
7. Accomplishes special projects, as requested.
Prerequisites for the Job
ï‚· Minimum two years previous work experience involving heavy telephone call volume in an environment that required a high degree of customer service.
ï‚· Proficiency in oral and written English language communication
ï‚· Willingness to work cooperatively with others
ï‚· Detail-oriented
ï‚· Able to manage multiple tasks and projects under time constraints
ï‚· Previous experience using email, Internet, Windows and Microsoft Office and other applicable computer systems
ï‚· Well organized
ï‚· High school diploma or GED
ï‚· Physical and mental requirements for General Office personnel
