LifeCare Looking for Part-Time Registered Nurse – Auckland at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We currently have exciting new opportunities for outstanding health professionals to join us. In our supported yet autonomous roles, you will be delivering first aid training and occupational health screening services across the Auckland/Northland region.

We are open to considering newly graduated Nurses or those with more experience. We are also committed to providing full training for Nurses who wish to make the transition to a career in occupational health.

Key Responsibilities

The delivery of the following services either at our client worksites or at our Life Care venue in Penrose:

• Health education one to one and in group settings including the delivery of First Aid and CPR courses and other programmes
• Health monitoring and pre-employment medical testing including drug testing
• Influenza vaccinations

The role requires travel to worksites across Auckland/Northland, some early starts and late finishes, and a requirement to occasionally stay overnight. Some Saturdays may also be required. Accommodation and a generous meal allowance is provided if overnight travel is required.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
• Have a current Full New Zealand Driver Licence
• Have the ability to pass a New Zealand Police Vetting check
