Responsibilities:
- Maintaining scheduling program and conducting education on functionality of the program to staff.
- Ensure schedule is current, updated, and replacements are assigned as needed.
- Assist with the tracking of employee attendance, as needed.
- Updating and distributing of tenant roster each month.
- Assists in developing and maintaining mailing list for the facility
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous training in general office duties and equipment.
- Experience in a care facility is preferred.
- Exceptional telephone and communication skills and the desire to work closely with senior adults is essential.
