Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Christchurch and allowing for some remote work. The Project Foreman will be responsible for installations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The Project Foreman will manage heavy equipment, carpentry, and maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, including experience leading and motivating teams
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal team members and clients
• Carpentry skills, including experience in measuring and cutting materials
• Maintenance skills for ensuring installations are properly executed and maintained over time
• Knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping techniques, including irrigation and drainage, is a plus
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Certification in carpentry or heavy equipment operation is a plus
