Light House Co. is a rapidly expanding ecommerce company based out of Lindsay, ON. We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist with uploading products onto our website and maintaining their accuracy.
Responsibilities:
· Data Entry – Uploading new products daily onto our website. Knowledge, experience, and a level of comfort with Shopify and other technological programs such as Excel is a must.
· Order Entry – Processing of incoming orders, issuing/accepting PO’s, support inside sales team, helping to quote jobs in the system.
· Reception Coverage – answering all calls, greeting any on-site visitors and taking care of all incoming and outgoing mail.
· Customer Service – Working with client orders, order entry of client request into the system and follow-up with the client for timing/delivery of orders.
· Administration duties as necessary throughout the day.
