About the Position:

Due to continual growth across the business, we are now searching for the next member of our high performing development team.

The role is primarily for PHP development but there will be opportunity to work with other technologies for some variety.

The successful new PHP Developer with Lightsail will complete the following duties in the position:

• API development primarily using Laravel
• Ensuring effective system and resource optimisation is maintained
• Meeting both technical and client requirements
• Additional duties to be discussed

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this position a combination of the following will be required:

• 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with PHP and preferably a framework such as Laravel
• Experienced with MySQL database
• Experience with any of the following is desirable but not necessary: C#, JavaScript / NodeJS, TypeScript, SQL Server, HTML, Angular
• Skills with JSON and XML
• Proficiency in Restful Web Service Design
• Troubleshooting, debugging and issue resolution skills
• Experience with Git version control
