Lincoln Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge/CNM2 on behalf of one of Irelands leading disability service located in the north Dublin region.

The successful candidate will provide operational leadership and professional support to the nursing and allied health team to the highest standard.

My client provides residential and day services to people with an Intellectual Disability. They have been accredited as an outstanding employer to work for and their residents’ care is at the heart of everything they do.

Purpose of the position

The PIC/CNM2 will be responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership, nursing management and continuous professional development in area of responsibility.

Roles: Fulltime permanent positions, 39 hour working week across Monday- Friday.

Salary range is €51,422 – €60,792 per annum plus benefits, training on going, expenses and much more.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Are registered with NMBI – RNID desirable
• Have acquired a Level 6 post-registration QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) in a recognised Management Course
• Have a Minimum of 3 years experience in a Management or Supervisory Role.
• Have 2 years ID experience
• Have a detailed knowledge of HIQA Standards/Regulations
• Have the ability to practice safely and effectively fulfilling his/her professional responsibility within his/her scope of practice
• Have evidence of continuing professional development
• Full Clean Driving License desirable
• Have a passion for making a difference every day to the lives of people we support
