Lincoln Training Center is seeking qualified applicants for a Job Coach who will work with developmentally disabled adults. This job entails training and working alongside a crew of 3 people with disabilities doing work with them. This job is performing janitorial tasks at the Aliso Creek rest area.

The job coach will act as a liaison between the client, employer, co-worker, and all individuals who interact with the client while on the job, and will keep the SE Program Manager and staff informed regarding all aspects and issues pertaining to the enclave.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with department clerical needs
• Provide written and verbal progress reporting for clients
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• 18 yrs or older
• 1-year experience as job coach
• 1-year experience in the janitorial field

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
