Executive Administrative Assistant
This position provides primary administrative support to the CEO of Lindsay Precast and supports other executive staff members. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing reports, preparing PowerPoint presentations, arranging meetings/events, executing projects, and taking meeting minutes. This position is also responsible for assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed. An ideal candidate would be an excellent multitasker and someone who is extremely organized and detail oriented.
