This is a great opportunity to join our Operations team as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring we get the right medicine, to the right patient, at the right time.  We’re a small, friendly team, based in the Auckland CBD. 

To be successful in the role you will be proactive and enthusiastic, with a lovely phone manner and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.  This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, in a mix of remote and office working.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be: 

• Reviewing incoming orders, and allocate tasks in a timely manner
• Sourcing information on products to support quotes 
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy for dispatching orders ensuring customer expectations are met
• Resolving simple customer issues and analyse customers need to communicate to the Customer Relationship Manager 
• Escalating customer complaints or issues for immediate action
• Supporting sourcing of products in conjunction with specialist team members.
• Referring customer issues to sales team for follow up where appropriate
• As the true heart of the business you’ll work with all of our teams including supply chain, in-field, finance, medical, regulatory and more! 

To be successful for this position, you’ll need: 

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role – no matter whether its retail, office or call centre based
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively across teams
• Motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving
