They Are Seeking a Candidate With
- 3 years of IT Helpdesk Management experience
- Strong Customer Service experience
- ITIL knowledge
You will have strong experience in supporting a broad range of technologies ideally including:
- Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise
- Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra
- Microsoft Intune
- PowerShell or other scripting technologies
- Aruba SD-WAN networking equipment
