Links childcare is currently seeking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to join a busy HR Office as part of our management team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for HR with a natural ability to think proactively and problem solving.
Start Date: March
Part-time role. 3-4 days per week (TBC)
Key Responsibilities will include:
· Working closely with the management team to oversee the HR priorities including the effective management of our HR Policies.
· Support the management team in dealing with Employee Relations issues that may arise including conduct, capability and performance issues.
· Administrative management of HR documentation including staff databases, contracts, staff absence, staff leavers process, reward programme.
· Proactively manage and advise on the drafting and updating of HR Policies in line with changes in legal and/or compliance requirements.
· Review and advise of any training requirements in consultation with the management team
· Oversee the performance management process for the company.
· Build a collaborative relationship with the management team and the Accounts department in order to ensure a cohesive approach in the management and administration of staff.
· Support and oversee the recruitment team (2 employees) .
· Deal with employee queries on a daily basis.
· Other duties as required in line with changing business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
· A minimum of 3 years HR experience at management level; ideally in a similar environment
· Degree (level 8) HR Qualification and/or a CIPD qualification.
· A working knowledge of Irish Employment legislation.
· Proven exposure to full suite of HR activities, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management.
· Demonstrable Interpersonal & communication skills.
· Strong IT Skills.
