Lionbridge AI are looking to hire a Qualification Administrator , to join our Qualifications team based in Ballina, Ireland. This will be a remote-based role and you can be based anywhere in Ireland.
Qualification team.
The purpose of the Qualification team is to provide support and assistance to those going through the qualification process. As a cross-functional team, this opportunity involves managing requests from multiple functions, critical thinking and high levels of adaptability.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve project targets and drive progress by building engagement
- Accurately record daily progress of projects
- Provide daily support via email to those within the qualification process
- Gather and analyze data
- Identify trends and patterns within statistical data
- Go through the qualification process to offer an improved level of support
- Provide weekly status reports for the wider team
- Seek out opportunities to improve processes
Requirements:
- Methodical and organized with your workload
- Strong administrative skills particularly Excel Skills
- Solution driven approach
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Effectively multi-task and adapt to changing workloads
- Enjoy working in a high-pressure team environment
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Learning Management and Project Management systems advantageous
