Here’s how you can help. We are currently looking for an Assitant Manager – E-Commerce & Consumer Products to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.
Position Highlights:
This position assists in the management of the E-Commerce & Consumer Products department. Provides oversight, determines strategies and direct support to the third-party provider(s) for warehouse, inventory management and distribution of saleable merchandise. The Assistant Manager oversees the day-to-day supply chain management activities associated with saleable merchandise, awards, and recognition products. Oversees the sales support staff.
What You’ll Do:
Responsible for implementing and overseeing the third-party provider operations for the E-Commerce & Consumer Products.
Ensures the warehouse, inventory management, pick, pack, and ship operations are functioning effectively and efficiently. Ensures the third-party provider(s) maintains accurate inventory, processes, and systems for all distribution operations.
Develops and implements productivity standards and resolves operational challenges. Manages process improvement projects from conception to completion. Addresses operational issues which arise and develops solutions to address them. Prepares reports as necessary to communicate and evaluate information.
Oversees and monitors the sales support team’s performance metrics and compares daily, weekly, and monthly results to an established scorecard while working to improve scores.
Effectively communicates and coordinates with other departments on cross-functional initiatives. Supports the department in streamlining and integrating processes to ensure seamless distribution of saleable merchandise, awards, and recognition to our members globally. Incorporates best practices in order to improve operational efficiencies and continually improve procedures and processes.
Develops documentation and conducts training to support standards of high-quality service. Establishes and documents standard operating procedures and best practices in compliance with Constitution and By-laws, Board Policy, and vendor Service Level Agreements.
Ensures staff competence in executing standard operating procedures and best practices by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, and training for staff. Conducts cross-training to ensure staff skills will cover all support responsibilities. Collaborates closely with regional offices for consistent operations in terms of approach, method, and success metrics
We’re Looking for Someone With:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 – 3 years of experience in the planning, implementation, and/or growth of Fulfillment by Amazon Solution (FBA)
2 – 3 years of business analysis, customer support or technical support experience
Business process improvement experience helpful.
Project Coordination experience.
