Summary:

Lipman Family Farms is currently searching for a temporary Payroll Clerk for our office in Immokalee, FL to assist with various payroll functions. The position will run potentially through mid-May, 2023.

The ideal candidate would be available to work:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• possible overtime and weekend work

Essential Responsibilities:

• Distributing W2s
• Assist in Printing, Packing, Sorting, Shipping, and Processing Requests for all 2020 and prior years W2s..
• Maintain W2 Distribution Records and Signature lists by company (Paper and Electronic)
• Process Check requests – Pack, Sort, Ship, and Process requests
• Organize and Maintain signature lists
• Take all payroll calls and direct to appropriate party
• Answer general payroll questions
• Track call traffic
• Scan payroll records to files
• Create Excel Reports for Weekly Data Share (Payroll Dept)
• Other Duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service
• Confidentiality is a must
• proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with creating Excel reports
• available to work Monday-Friday, possible weekends and overtime
• available to work until mid-May
• knowledge of phone systems

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $11.00 per hour
