Requirements

Service and Deficiency Sales

• Manage all deficiencies reported by our field technicians and convert them into opportunities to quote.
• Manage all client quote requests
• Determine the labour, parts, equipment, and other costs required working with the team and our vendors.
• Determine the appropriate mark-ups and overheads based on company goals
• Create compelling quotations using company software
• Site visits when required.

Bid and Specification Sales

• Determine the labour, parts, equipment, and other costs required by performing labour, material, and equipment take-offs based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.
• Negotiate, record, and compare bids from multiple vendors.
• Acquire and organize all information from suppliers for estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Site visits when required.
