At Lithia Ford of Idaho Falls is looking to add a full-time Parts Advisor to our growing Parts Department! In this position you will communicate with our technicians and customers to identify the best automotive parts to fit their needs. This is a full-time benefited position with an immediate opportunity. We believe in growth powered by people. Requirements:

• Prior automotive experience preferred.

• Previous sales or customer service experience. Previous Parts Advisor experience a plus.

• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Previous knowledge about automotive parts and tools a plus!

• Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK a plus!

• Strong attention to detail.
