Duties and Responsibilities:
– Receive and respond to emails
– Make phone calls
– Perform basic bookkeeping functions
– Be comfortable using Salesforce
– Complete registrations for parents
– Contact incomplete registrations
– Report registration trends
– Track hours
Job Qualifications:
– Must be able to be flexible with changing work situations
– Must be compassionate and a good communicator
– Must be organized, pay attention to detail, and independent
– Must know how to use Google Drive, Microsoft word, Execl, etc.
– Must be fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is even better!
– Minimum 1 Year of administration experience
