Lituanica Ltd Hiring for Grocery Store Manager _ Lituanica Carrick-on-Shannon Job at Carrick-on-Shannon , Ireland Full Time

Candidate must speak English and one of East European language (Lithuanian, Polish or Russian preferred). Minimum 2+ years in a similar role is required.

Duties will include:

Maximizing sales and profit while minimizing cost and waste
Cash management procedures
The overall running of a busy convenience retail store
Staff training and development
Rostering staff while controlling labour costs
Organising promotional activities in store
Maintaining impeccable store standards at all times

To know and understand company policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented effectively by retail sales team.
To achieve targets as agreed with Operations manager.
Escalate issues to Operations manager as appropriate.
To communicate with the Operations Manager on an ongoing basis.
To undertake other additional duties as may be assigned by the Operations manager.

Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is always provided.
