LiveMessage America is now accepting applications for fully remote part time Customer Service Representatives.
We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people. This is a work from home position with paid training. Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system. You will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs and provide stellar service! We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales.
Shift Offered:
Compensation: $20 an hour
Training is one week (Mon-Fri) and hours vary by applicant.
