Live Message America Hiring for Remote Call Center Representative at Remote Full Time

This is the perfect part time opportunity- right in time for the Holidays!

Compensation: $20 an hour per hour

LiveMessage America is now accepting applications for Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people.

This is a Work From Home Position

Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system. You will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs and provide stellar service! We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales.

Shift: Part Time, 2 – 3 hours per weekday ranging from 3p-8p, and either Sat or Sun 8 hours: AM or PM available

Training: PAID TRAINING! One week Monday-Friday, hours vary by applicant.

Work at home requirements of our Customer Service Superstars:

• Have Broadband Internet – You must pass our speed test
• Ethernet cable connection to internet modem (WIFI will not work)
• Have a Windows personal computer with at least 1 GB of space
• A USB Headset / Microphone (no wireless)
• A typing speed of 35+ WPM
• A Can do Attitude!
• Dependable, Punctual and Responsible
