Job Summary:
The Role : The Event Staff at White River Amphitheatre is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to maintain a high level of safety at our venue.
STARTING PAY FOR THIS POSITION IS $20.00 PER HOUR.
Job Responsibilities :
· Provide a customer friendly environment.
· Greet and assist guests to seating area and offer other services as needed.
· Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to provide a positive and safe experience for all.
· Assist in post-show cleanup of assigned area within the venue.
· Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
· Refuse admittance to undesirable persons or persons without correct tickets or passes.
· Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity or designation, using criteria such as seating location, color, or date issued, and direct appropriately.
· Directing guests to venue services and facilities.
· Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
Qualifications :
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Prior customer service experience a plus.
· Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
· A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Available to work nights and weekends with the opportunity for additional hours on non-event days.
The expected compensation for this position in Washington is:
$16.00 USD – $20.00 Hourly
