Starting as soon as possible to help finalise our Institutional Silver Charter mark application by July 2022. Around 20 days consultancy with fully flexible hours and fully remote working.
Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) is a small (around 600 staff) and specialist institution focused on addressing global health challenges. We hold an Institutional bronze Athena Swan award and are applying for a silver charter mark award in the July 2022 round. The ‘developmental review’ on our draft application noted that while we have good evidence of impact, our current submission document doesn’t do justice to this, especially in terms of structure and linkage with the action plan. We wish to hire a consultant with experience of successfully preparing and reviewing Athena Swan applications, preferably using the transformed charter and/or the Institute (as opposed to University) application form to help finalise our application and action plan.
This really is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation and make a significant contribution to a key element of its business.
If you have the above experience, we would like to hear from you. For an informal discussion about the role please contact Eve Worrall, at [email protected]
