Join our Customer Experience Call Centre as a Team Leader

We have a great opportunity for an inspirational people leader who has a passion for coaching and a knack for continuous improvement. In this role you’ll take responsibility for a team of 8-12 Customer Experience Representatives, supporting them to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You:

We’re looking for an experienced people leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and bring out the best in people. You aren’t afraid to have the ‘tough conversations’ and understand that open and honest communication is the cornerstone of growth, resolving challenges, and building a resilient and high-performing team.

Past call centre experience is a bonus, but you could come from a background in customer service, -retail, hospitality, or similar.
