Lloyd & Mousilli, PLLC Hiring for Legal Assistant at Houston, TX Full Time

Lloyd & Mousilli, PLLC is a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property and technology law. Our firm is broken down into three general practice groups: Intellectual Property, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, and Litigation.

As our practice has grown, we are looking to add an additional litigation legal assistant to better serve the needs of our clients.

This role would report directly to our Senior Litigation Paralegal, Marlene Campbell for the following:
-internal and external scheduling
-file organization and maintenance
-organization, proofreading and finalizing of legal documents
-communication with the state and federal governments, as well as other third parties such as vendors or service providers

This role has the opportunity to include substantive training as a litigation paralegal as a part of a potential growth track but is not required.

Lloyd & Mousilli is a 100% remote firm which gives all of our staff the flexibility to work whenever and however they work best. There will be necessity for staff meetings and client facing meetings during business hours, however these can be flexible to a certain extent.

You must be able to work from a professional, quiet environment with video conferencing capabilities as necessary.

This role is as a 1099 independent contractor so technology such as laptops, webcams etc are not provided by the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
