Job Summary
The Community Officer works as part of a team to deliver dynamic and evidence-based responses to various social inclusion and community development initiatives across South Dublin County Council. The Community Officer works with the Community Development Team, and other relevant colleagues, to achieve the goals and targets as set out in the annual Community Development Work Plan and reports to an Area Community Officer and Senior Community Development Officer for Community, Social Inclusion and Sport. The Community Development Team is focused on achieving high levels of social inclusion, active citizenship and improved quality of life outcomes for all citizens living in the county of South Dublin.
