In this unique role you will be working within our customer’s structure, (NZ Defence Force), based within the 2nd Engineers Regiment (2ER) you will help manage stock items in and out of the store. Inventory management is large part of this role, ensuring data integrity of all supplies through IM controls and compliance checks.

Ideally we are looking for the following skills and attributes:

• Solid warehousing/stores experience
• Experience SAP operator or similar ERP system experience
• Physically fit as some heavy lifting is required
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence
• Class 2 Driver’s Licence desirable for some roles
• Previous experience within a military environment would be an advantage

To be considered for this role you must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance. See minimum criteria below:

• most preferably a NZ citizen who has resided continuously in this country for the last 5 years, OR
• is a citizen of, and/or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last 5 years: either Australia, Canada, NZ, UK or the USA; and has a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the NZSIS

If you do not meet these minimum criteria, we will not be able to accept your application.
You will also be required to undergo pre-employment activities including drug screening and vetting by NZ Police.
