We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Human & Scientific Exploration portfolio within the Mission Strategy and Advanced Capabilities team for Lockheed Martin Space.
This position will be responsible for supporting 3 director leaders in the portfolio and is based out of the Waterton campus in Denver, CO.

Primary position responsibilities will include:

• Proactively supporting 3 Directors with meeting scheduling, travel planning & booking, expenses, and special projects as assigned
• Coordinating team off-sites, occasional team-building events, and customer meeting logistics
• Owning and maintaining team distribution lists
• Supporting weekly activity reporting and cross-team communications as needed
• Working with the Mission Strategy & Advanced Capabilities Employee Engagement team to help coordinate activities as needed
• Supporting facilities/building activities as needed such as submitting occasional maintenance requests, coordinating office moves, and ensuring office supplies are in stock

Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant serving in similar capacity supporting executive leaders
• Highly organized and detail oriented, excellent communicator, effective at prioritizing
  
• Expert in Microsoft Outlook, Concur Expense Reporting & Travel Booking Tools
• Team collaboration mindset, proactive style
• Comfortable juggling and coordinating across multiple schedules, activities, and events at once. Ability to keep all things moving

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of LM policies, procedures, tools, and processes strongly preferred
• Fluent and experienced in Microsoft Power Point and Excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
