• Identify Request For Proposal (RFP) content requirements (technical, commercial, schedule) and coordinate the bid response plan with the team (i.e., sales, engineering, project management, finance, and contracts)
• Coordinate, oversee and review all estimation/proposal efforts from various departments to ensure compliant response to the customer
• Evaluate and prepare pricing strategies
• Prepare and present insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities
• Perform and present profitability analysis by engine / customer to key stakeholders
• Drive growth and profitability improvements through financial analysis to identify key opportunities
• Working closely with Business Unit partners to understand their business, help them understand their financial drivers, and challenge their assumptions
• Delivering accurate, insightful and timely analysis compared against forecasts and budgets.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a related discipline, or equivalent experience, with minimum of 5 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s Degree
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth, evolving environment
• Ability to work with different Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and are results-oriented
• Experience with Microsoft suites: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Knowledge of engine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business desired
• SAP and/or Quantum Component Control software is a plus
• Proposal (RFP) experience
• Knowledge of English and French.
