Description: This position reports to the Aero Facilities
Enterprise Planning & Integration department.
Job Tasks include setup and monitor work
performed by vendors and/or subcontractors to
include establishing statements of work, creating
purchase requests and following purchase
requests throughout the procurement life cycle.
Serve as a member of various project teams
supporting continuous improvement activities,
reviewing current processes and systems used
by Facilities, audit activity or supporting risk
management in areas such as equipment spare
parts, training/competency, and facilities
documentation.
Coordinating project schedules, resources, and
information.
Occasional travel (20%) will be required.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR LEGALLY
AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US – This
position is located in a facility that requires
special access.

Basic Qualifications:
Project management experience
Analytical and problem solving experience
Experience with a Computer Maintenance
Management System (CMMS i.e. Maximo etc.)
Knowledge of Facilities/Sustainment operations
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication skills with both
external/internal customers and LM management
teams
Strong team building skills
Effective project management / oversight skills
Support subcontractor facilitation and schedule
integration
Documenting and supporting Facilities process
requirements for sustainment strategies.
Ability to deal with shifting priorities and
flexibility to handle multiple assignments
Experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint
