As part of the Loft Marketing team, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and own customer-led marketing initiatives and implement best-in-class cross channel media plans.

As part of the Loft Marketing team, we are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and own customer-led marketing initiatives and implement best-in-class cross channel media plans.
Serving as a bridge between our customers and the business, this individual will have the responsibility to drive online and offline marketing strategies to influence customer perceptions and help drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the Brand Marketing team, putting processes, tools and discipline in place
- Setting the vision and strategy for brand across the company
- Leading multi-channel above-the-line campaigns that bring new customers in and build love for our brand
- Lead content strategy, to align assets are in line to brand differentiators (content meaning: blog, social media, digital assets, website)
- Lead media strategy and coordinate implementation via external agency
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting brand health across the company
- Communicating the value of brand internally, to get everyone across at Loft bought in
- Setting up processes to make sure our partners can navigate the brand (partners being: vendors, external agencies, B2B players).
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8 years work experience in Consumer Marketing (CPG, Tech)
- Experience using customer insights and behavioral data to deeply understand customer base and inform strategic plans
- Understanding of key brand elements and frameworks, along with brand measurement systems (Brand health tracker)
- Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
- Data driven mindset and ability to demonstrate the impact of brand initiatives on the business
