Lofty Coffee Co Hiring for Barista at Encinitas, CA Full Time

We are looking to hire a barista who will represent the brand and deliver excellent guest service to our customers.

Location: LOFTY Roasting Works [Headquarters] in Encinitas, CA.

Barista Compensation: $15.50/hourly base + up to $10+/hour in tips. Complimentary beverage. Employee discount.

General Duties

• Deliver excellent guest service.
• Craft beverages meeting quality standards and following company SOP’s.
• Deliver beverages to guest & bus tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized café following company standards and guidelines.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures including dishwashing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior Barista experience required
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills with guests, teammates and supervisors.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support business needs.
• Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Must be reliable, punctual and positive.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 – $25.00 per hour
