We are a small family run business that maintains and restores log homes in Jackson, WY and surrounding areas. The administrative assistant will be in charge of answering the phone, filling out client information for bids, scheduling bids, entering receipts and paying bills, invoicing clients, entering job costs, responding to emails, etc. Experience with Quickbooks is a must. Our goal is to do high quality work that exceeds our clients expectations and to create long term relationships with our team members and clients. We are searching for someone who has high standards of living and who wants to grow with our company long term.
