Summary
Assists Service Desk Manager with day-to-day Service Desk operational
tasks; ensures Service Desk customer expectations are met or exceeded
and company objectives are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises Technical Support Specialist staff. Carries out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s
policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing,
hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.
