LOGS Legal Group Hiring for Accounts Receivable Specialist at Remote Full Time

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist Role. We provide legal services to leading lenders in the banking industry and have a reputation for top notch quality work.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is primarily responsible for the collection of payments received on invoices generated by our clients. The collection of the receivables may require manual submission of invoices while navigating various programs, understanding proper invoicing procedures and working closely with our client law offices and servicers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Address Client inquiries regarding law firm invoices (emails & phone calls).
• Address Servicer inquiries regarding law firm invoices (emails & phone calls).
• Monitor daily work queues.
• Monitor Servicers past due reports (PDR).
• Create Client account statements as required.
• Submit invoices to Clients through various channels (invoicing software, mail, email, etc).
• Research past due invoices.
• Escalate past-due invoices to Servicers as needed.
• Resubmit invoices to Servicers for payment.
• Act as point of contact for Servicer.
• Resolve Client inquiries or disputes.

Conditions of Work:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day.
