Responsibilities:

• Updating accounts payable. Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
• Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
• Assisting with other accounting-related duties.
• Accounting assistance (e.g., data entry,invoice, billing, etc.) Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, statements, etc.
• Perform administrative work such as typing, filing, sorting, and distributing mail; assist with the preparation of correspondence to clients
• Assist in making travel arrangements and Assisting in basic reimbursement

Requirements：

• High school diploma or associate’s degree.
• No experience accepted, but willing to learn and work hard
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Great communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 – $4,500.00 per month
