Looking for at Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

We are looking for a Northern Regional Sales Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This role will be hybrid working – approximately 1 day per week in the field, 2 days per week in our Penrose office and 2 days per week working from home.

This role will focus on developing and maintaining sales relationships with Foodstuffs NZ – North Island as well as managing a team of 5 x Territory Manager field sales employees across the top half of the North Island.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all categories in Foodstuffs North Island business.
• Develop sales plans and coordinate marketing strategies for the Foodstuffs North Island business.
• Develop and maintain sales relationships with the Business Teams at Foodstuffs North Island.
• Manage and lead 5 x Territory Managers in the North Island NZ by setting KPIs, coaching and creating development plans for the team.
• Evaluate and lead the team to develop strategies, solutions and opportunities for category portfolio.

Who You Are

• 5+ years’ experience managing categories through the CBP process with Foodies North Island.
• 3 + years’ experience in people management.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Intermediate data analytics skills and confident in using Excel and a variety of data systems.
